In November of 1994, Kyle Hedquist executed teenager Nikki Thrasher in cold blood and dumped her body along a road. He was sentenced to life without parole, but was released back onto the streets early by former Governor Kate Brown. Then Salem City Councilor Linda Nishioka voted to re-appoint Kyle Hedquist onto the city's Police Review Board, knowingly putting your safety in the hands of a convicted murderer. When Linda Nishioka asks for your vote for Salem City Council (Ward 2), remember we can't trust her to keep us safe. Vote NO on Linda Nishioka.
